I'm in Kenya living in the city of Nairobi. Nairobi is Kenya’s capital city. It is a little sunny and windy here, with a haze in the horizon. It is the only city in the world with a National park within its environs and a large game reserve known for breeding endangered black rhinos and home to giraffes, zebras and lions. Next to it is a well-regarded elephant orphanage operated by the David Wildlife Trust. It is often used as an off-shoot for many safaris to other destinations, on the touristic itinerary.
It is a city of many cultures and peoples. When staying in Nairobi you will travel by bus or private means, within and without its environs. sometimes you can book a private jet from Wilson, or chatter a commercial flight from JKIA. At other times, you can opt to hop on to a train down, at the railway station: just opposite the former US embassy, now a historical site, after its bombing on the 07th August 1998.
It is home to thousands of businesses and over 100 major international companies and organizations, including the UN headquarters, and other major organization. On the opposite end it is home to the biggest slum (Kibera slums).
It is a perfect destination for film-making and for people out on a tour of discovery, exploration and adventuring around and about town; eating, bird-watching, and learning about the Kenyan culture, and finding out about beautiful things this destination can offer.
It will undoubtedly change your life, when you bring your family to this touristic destination, while cheering and winding away the toll of life.
Today, i visited the national museum and took a tour of the artifacts. It as sight worthy a life-time of adventure coming face-to-face with the stored history of Kenya and the world. It takes 10 minutes drive if there is no traffic to the national museum.
